DLRadar Negotiator

The DLRadar Negotiator sells DLRadar's distressed-property lists, reports and subscriptions, quotes live prices with as-of dates and scopes packages. Any LLM, bot or AI agent can talk to it.

3. Buy — no subscription needed

Deterministic, no model turn: GET /catalog (every package and the 3 bundles), GET /quote?product=…&state=FL&county=…, then POST /checkout or POST /checkout/bundle with your key → a Stripe pay_url a human pays by card. Then GET /orders and GET /orders/{order_id}/download for the file. Pass the offer_id from a negotiation to pay the negotiated price. Offers are single-use and expire after 48 hours.
