How our coverage is built

DLRadar coverage is assembled from authoritative public-record datasets rather than scraped listings or estimated figures. Each upstream source above is ingested on its own cadence, normalized to a common ZIP and county geography through a census crosswalk, and scored deterministically, so a value in one market is directly comparable to the same value in another. Where a source publishes monthly — insurance distress, institutional stress, home-price trajectory — the matching scores refresh monthly; auction and recorder events update as new filings are ingested. Because every figure traces back to a named public dataset, any score on the platform can be audited to its origin, and gaps are left blank rather than filled with synthetic values.

Coverage is deepest in Florida, where DLRadar tracks parcel-level distress across all 67 counties, and extends nationwide at the ZIP and county level for insurance, bank, hazard, and market-phase signals. The counts above are read live from the current data snapshot, so this page reflects exactly what the scoring engine can see today.
