- Do I need a DLRadar subscription?
- No. Every list and report is sold on its own. You create a free account at checkout so your downloads have a home, and you pay by card through Stripe. The subscription bundles are a separate product: the full application, every day.
- What exactly do I receive?
- A CSV file, or a zip of CSV files for multi-table reports. The header carries the package name, geography, as-of date and order id, and every row carries a per-order fingerprint. One-time packages download right after payment; monthly feeds are rebuilt on download once the file is more than seven days old.
- How do I know the data is current?
- Every package is tied to the datasets it is built from. It is only offered while those datasets pass DLRadar's freshness gate, and the as-of date is shown on the card, in the live quote, at checkout and inside the file. If a source stalls, the package comes off sale until it refreshes.
- Can I see what I am buying first?
- Yes. Each product page shows the real column names, a masked five-row sample built by the same query as the paid file, live coverage counts and, once you type your county, the record count you will get.
- Can my AI buying agent purchase for me?
- Yes. Any agent, bot or LLM can register at dlradar.com/agent, quote, negotiate and receive a checkout link, over OpenAI-, Anthropic-, MCP- or A2A-style endpoints. A human on your side completes the payment.
- Does the file include phone numbers or emails?
- No, by design. Files are public-record and derived data, not consumer reports under the FCRA, and are not screened against do-not-call registries. That is what keeps them safe to mail and research with.
- What if my county has no data in a package?
- The quote tells you before you pay. If a county returns zero records the buy button stays off, and the state or nationwide version of the same family is offered instead.
- Can I download again later?
- Yes. Your orders page keeps every purchase; one-time files stay available for re-download and monthly feeds rebuild on download after seven days for as long as the feed is active.
- Can I resell the file?
- No. Files are licensed to the buyer for their own research, marketing and acquisitions, and every row is fingerprinted to the order.
