Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trial and renewal

• The free trial renews into the selected monthly plan only if you confirm; once confirmed, it renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• No charge is made during the 60-minute free exploration. If you confirm when the hour ends, the first charge is the selected plan’s monthly amount, and the plan then renews at the regular monthly amount.
• You may cancel at any time before renewal.

Billing and cancellation

• Subscription fees are billed monthly on the calendar day the subscription was created.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access through the end of the current paid period.
• To cancel, use your account billing settings or contact billing support at support@dlradar.com.

Refunds

• Refund requests are reviewed according to this published refund policy.
• Stress Points already spent on unlocks are consumed and are not refundable.
• The 60-minute exploration is free; no payment is taken during the trial period.
• Where a refund is granted, it applies to the unused portion of a current billing period at our discretion and as required by applicable law.

No guaranteed outcome

DLRadar provides intelligence and workflow infrastructure only. There is no guaranteed investment, funding, acquisition, profit, or other financial outcome, and no such outcome is a basis for a refund.
