DLRadar offers one free trial per person: 7 days of browse-only access to a single plan of your choice, with no card on file. The trial never converts or bills on its own; when the 7 days end the account remains and paid access requires a subscription. Exports, unlocks, downloads, packet generation and the acquisition workflow are excluded from the trial.
The live board at dlradar.com is free to view and creates neither an account nor a subscription.
One-off data lists and reports are sold separately at dlradar.com/lists without a subscription.

A subscription starts at checkout, when the first monthly charge — the plan’s monthly price — is made.
Thereafter the plan renews automatically each month on the calendar day the subscription was created.
If a payment fails, we notify you and retry; after a grace period of continued failure the account is suspended (not deleted) and can be restored once billing is resolved.

Each plan includes a monthly Stress Points allowance (500 / 3,000 / 8,000). The allowance resets on the 1st of each month (UTC); unused allowance does not carry over.
Every property has a point value. A record (no active distress signal; a deed or mortgage alone is not a distress signal) is 0.25 points. A lead is 10 points per active distress signal plus 5 points per tax year owed, up to 100 points. A lead keeps its value while its signals remain active.
Unlocking a property debits its point value, first from your monthly allowance and then from purchased points. Unlocks are permanent and are never charged twice. Packets are limited only by your points.
Additional points can be purchased at $0.40 per point (100 to 25,000 per purchase) in Account activity, charged when you buy them. Purchased points do not expire while your account is open and are forfeited if the account is closed or terminated.
All point purchases are final. Purchased and spent points are not refundable.
Unlimited (non-locked) services in your plan remain available even when your points are exhausted.

Cancel any time from your account billing settings or by contacting billing support.
Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
