Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DLRadar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Subscription access

DLRadar is a subscription service. Access to gated products and data requires an active paid plan. Plans, prices, and included Stress Points are described on our pricing and billing terms pages.

$1 trial and renewal

• The $1 browse trial provides 7 days of browse access to evaluate the platform.
• Browsing ends at day 7 regardless of activity.
• The trial converts into a paid monthly plan only if you explicitly confirm. If you confirm, the first charge is the selected plan’s monthly amount plus the $1 trial fee, billed together, and the plan then renews monthly.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the calendar day the subscription was created, until canceled.

Stress Points

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Stress Points used to unlock the highest-severity opportunities. Additional Stress Points are available at $1 per point. See billing terms for details.

User responsibility

DLRadar provides intelligence, scoring, research, and workflow infrastructure. DLRadar does not provide investment, legal, lending, brokerage, accounting, tax, or financial advice. No score, ranking, label, report, or workflow output is a recommendation to buy, sell, finance, or close any transaction. You are solely responsible for evaluating opportunities and making your own acquisition decisions, and for complying with all applicable laws.

No guarantee of outcomes

DLRadar makes no guarantee of any investment, funding, acquisition, profit, or other financial outcome. Information is provided for informational and research purposes only.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the platform’s data or outputs except as expressly permitted.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, billing, or rate limits.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Do not share account credentials; access is per-account.

Public data limitations

Intelligence is derived from public datasets and public records that may contain errors, omissions, or delays, and that change over time. DLRadar does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any underlying public data, and figures should be independently verified before you act.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or charge back valid payments. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. See our refund & cancellation policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLRadar and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on the platform. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to DLRadar in the three months preceding the claim.
