Find distressed deals before your competition does.

How your free access works
Create your account
Name and email. No credit card, no plan to choose, no sales call to book. You are inside the platform in about twenty seconds.
Explore for 60 minutes
Browse distress scoring, foreclosure pressure, market phase, auction calendars and the capital-source directory across every US county and ZIP.
Subscribe only if it earns it
The trial never converts on its own and is never auto-billed. If DLRadar is not showing you deals worth chasing, do nothing and it simply ends.
What is included — and what stays locked
We would rather tell you the limits up front than have you discover them mid-search. Free access is an exploration of the whole platform, not a free copy of the underlying records.
Open during your trial
- Distress, foreclosure-pressure and market-phase scoring nationwide
- County and ZIP stress reports with the signals behind each score
- Auction calendars, tax-delinquency and lien exposure

Locked until you subscribe
- Owner names, mailing addresses and direct contact details
- Parcel identifiers and the raw public-record rows behind a score
- CSV and list exports of any kind
- Funding packets and acquisition workstation documents
Questions people ask before starting
Do I need a credit card?
No. We do not collect payment details to start a trial, so there is nothing to cancel and no way for the trial to bill you by accident.
What happens when the 60 minutes end?
Access to the scored data closes and your account stays. Nothing is charged and no card is on file. You can subscribe whenever it makes sense for you.
Where does the data come from?
Public records and federal sources — FDIC, Census, HUD, FEMA, NOAA, FHFA, CFPB and county recorders. Every score traces back to a source you can inspect on our methodology page; nothing is modelled from synthetic data.
Is coverage really nationwide?
Scoring covers roughly 33,000 ZIP codes and 3,100 counties across every state, with the deepest parcel-level coverage in Florida. You can check any market before you decide.
Can I have a second trial later?
Free access is one per customer. If you have used it before, sign in instead and pick a plan when you are ready.
Still deciding? Read the scoring methodology, browse the full data-source list, or see plans and pricing.
