Mortgage and Lien Activity by Lender
Coverage right now: 42 florida counties · 64K recordings, 12 months · 17K distinct lenders · data as of 2026-10-17
Who recorded what, where: twelve months of mortgage, assignment and satisfaction activity in one Florida county, with a lender league table.
- League table: every lender ranked by events, with the last four quarters of the county's recordings side by side (ending at the latest recording, shown as data_through) and the change against the prior quarter, distinct properties, first and last seen
- Event log: recorded date, record type, lender, lender type, capacity role, the property, the recorded amount and the clerk document link where the parcel carries them
- Owner mailing address with absentee-owner and out-of-state-owner flags, where the property is linked to a parcel
- Property address, owner and value where the recording links to a parcel
- Canonical lender names so the same bank is not split across spellings; a recording that appears more than once in the clerk feed is counted once
- Not included: phone numbers, emails or skip tracing. Public-record data, dated, with the source named in every file.

Questions
- How current is the data?
- The as-of date is shown on this page, on the checkout and in the file header. A package is only offered while its datasets pass DLRadar's freshness gate; if a source stalls, the package is withdrawn until it refreshes.
- Why are there no phone numbers or emails?
- By design. These are public-record and derived data files, not consumer reports under the FCRA. Skip-traced phones and emails are what expose list buyers to TCPA and do-not-call liability; DLRadar files carry the owner name and mailing address from the public roll instead, which is what direct mail needs.
- Can I resell or republish the file?
- No. Each file is licensed to the buyer and every row carries a per-order fingerprint. You may use it for your own research, marketing and acquisitions.
