Questions
- What is the opportunity index?
- DLRadar's 0-100 blend of property stress, foreclosure pressure, listing discounts, bank stress, insurance retreat, vacancy and auction activity, normalised to the local housing base and recomputed every night. The phase label (WATCHLIST, EMERGING, ACTIVE and so on) summarises where the index sits and how it is moving.
- How does the monthly refresh work?
- Your access runs 35 days per billing cycle and the file is rebuilt on download once it is more than seven days old, so each month you pull a current file. Cancel any time from the billing page.
- How current is the data?
- The as-of date is shown on this page, on the checkout and in the file header. A package is only offered while its datasets pass DLRadar's freshness gate; if a source stalls, the package is withdrawn until it refreshes.
- Can I resell or republish the file?
- No. Each file is licensed to the buyer and every row carries a per-order fingerprint. You may use it for your own research, marketing and acquisitions.
