DLRadar Launches Free Monitor Tracking Federal Property Sales and Auctions Nationwide

One free, searchable board covers HUD, IRS, Freddie Mac, USMS, GSA, USDA and Treasury real estate sales, with no account and no card.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SHERIDAN, Wyo. – October 18, 2026

DLRadar today released its Federal Property Auction and Sales Monitor, a free, public board of U.S. federal government real estate sales seen in the last 90 days, newest first, with the source link on every row.

The monitor brings eight federal sources into one view: HUD Home Store, Freddie Mac HomeSteps, IRS Real Property Auctions, VRM Properties, USMS Real Property, GSA Real Estate Sales, USDA Property Resales and Treasury Seized Real Property. As of October 18, 2026 the monitor holds 2,592 federal listings from the last 90 days: 2,266 homes for sale from HUD, Freddie Mac HomeSteps and VRM, 192 other federal sales, 127 past auctions and 7 upcoming auctions. Among listings with a recorded state, Florida (291), Texas (286), California (120), Michigan (117) and Georgia (113) lead by volume.

What it does

  • Sorts listings into five categories: government-owned homes for sale, upcoming federal auctions, federal seized and surplus property, past federal auctions, and other federal listings.
  • Filters by type, state, source or place, and offers a JSON data feed.
  • Offers a free daily email about new auctions nationwide.

Accuracy by design

Rows without a verified street address or parcel are labeled as candidates. DLRadar keeps them with their source link and never guesses an address. IRS, USMS, GSA and Treasury listings do not yet carry a state field, so they appear in the monitor but are not counted in the state rankings. The monitor covers federal sellers only. State, county and tax-deed sales are not included.

Availability

The monitor is free to view at dlradar.com/auction, with no account and no card.

“Federal agencies sell property through at least eight different sites. We put them in one table and link every row to its source, so anyone can check the facts for themselves.”
