The contacts dataset collects exactly those published details and nothing else: no skip-tracing, no purchased append, no consumer data. It is the contact layer behind the agent and broker directories and the county license roll list.

One row per licensee contact with the source page, the email, phone and website found there, the date it was last verified and a confidence value. Contacts that fail re-verification are retired rather than guessed.
How the published contacts is used
Referral and co-wholesale campaigns use the dataset to reach the agents who list distressed property in a county. The county agents and brokers list carries the contacts for that county.
Freshness of the published contacts
Every six hours contacts is re-checked (Published agent/broker contacts (email, phone, website)); lists on contacts are withdrawn once contacts rows are older than 60 days. For Published agent/broker contacts (email, phone, website): Sources are re-read on a rolling schedule; a contact is re-verified within sixty days or retired.

The closing network shows agents and brokers by county for members, and the county roll list carries their published contacts.
