The Public Data Behind DLRadar: Sources by Group
DLRadar uses no purchased property data and no synthetic records. Everything on the site traces to a government dataset or a county record, and the data-sources page lists them. This guide walks the groups, explains which product surface each source feeds, and says how often each one changes.
- 18 named sources in 5 groups: Housing and price 5, Lending and banking 6, Risk and climate 3, Macro and economy 2, Property and transactions 2.
- Housing and price sources feed market phase, affordability and replacement cost.
- Lending and banking sources feed bank stress, county exposure and the delinquency reports.
- Property and transaction sources are the Florida county records behind every parcel signal.

Housing and price
The FHFA house price index drives market phase and drawdown; Census ACS supplies income, vacancy and tenure; the Building Permits Survey supplies permit counts; HUD fair market rents feed affordability; and a replacement-cost series feeds the replacement-cost radar.
Lending, banking and risk
FDIC call reports and the summary of deposits build the bank directory and ZIP exposure; HMDA and CFPB mortgage performance supply delinquency; HUD FHA and voucher data supply assisted housing. FEMA disaster history, the national risk index and NFIP claims supply the climate layer.
Macro and property
FRED and BLS supply unemployment and rates by county. Florida clerk, appraiser, tax collector and code offices supply the parcel records, and government auction sites supply the sale calendars.
