How the score is built

Acquisition velocity is the count of recorded purchases per window. The acquirer score weights the recent windows more and penalises entities whose last purchase is old. Tier one is the top band; the basis for each entity's tier is stored as text so the ranking can be audited.

Matching sellers to acquirers

A distressed parcel in the pool can be matched to the acquirers active in its county and price band. That matching runs inside the Workstation, where a user can send a packet to the acquirers who have bought similar parcels.

Reach the acquirers

The closing network shows the acquirers and closing partners active in each county for members, with purchase pace on every entity.
