Licensed Real Estate Agents Directory by State (2026)

Sales associates outnumber brokers ten to one and do most of the listing work on distressed property. DLRadar loads them from the same licensing rolls as the brokers, keeps the sponsoring-broker link, and adds a published business email where the licensee or brokerage publishes one. This page is the agent directory in numbers.

  • 1,530,988 agent records across 6 license states, 881,350 with an active or current license.
  • 47,788 agents carry a published business email.
  • FL has the most agents at 378,465.
  • Counts rebuilt every six hours from the loaded rolls.

What each agent record carries

Name, license number, status and expiry, license type, the sponsoring broker, practice address and county, and the service area where the regulator records one. Email and website are added only from the agent's own public page or the brokerage roster.

Agents by county, not by state

The state count is the headline; the working unit is the county. The county roll sold as a list carries every active agent and broker with a practice address in that county, which is what a direct-mail or referral campaign needs.

Reach the agents

The county agents and brokers list is sold per county, and the closing network shows who is active on distressed sales for members.

Licensed Real Estate Agents Directory by State (2026): questions

How many agents have an email?

Only those whose brokerage or personal site publishes one. The count in the findings is exact; no addresses are guessed.

Does the roll include inactive licensees?

Yes, with status. Inactive and expired licenses are kept so a name can still be resolved on an old deed.

Are team names included?

Where the regulator records a DBA or team under the broker, yes.
