Commercial Real Estate Brokers by License State and Tier (2026)
Most states do not license commercial brokers separately, so they have to be found by what they do: the deeds, leases and listings they appear on and the practice their brokerage declares. DLRadar scores every loaded licensee on commercial evidence and keeps those who clear the bar in a commercial broker view with a tier. This page counts that view by license state.
- 1,759 licensees hold a commercial tier across 6 license states.
- Tiers: tier strong 1,398, tier moderate 361.
- FL has the most commercial brokers at 615.
- The view is rebuilt whenever a roll or the commercial evidence refreshes.

Commercial evidence
A licensee earns commercial evidence from recorded instruments on parcels with commercial, industrial or multifamily use, from commercial listing feeds, and from brokerage rosters that declare a commercial practice. The tier reflects how much evidence there is and how recent it is, and the basis is stored as text on the entity.
Where this is used
The distressed commercial properties page pairs UCC-flagged and lien-flagged commercial parcels with the brokers active in the same county, so a buyer of a distressed warehouse can see who is likely to list it. Outside Florida the view is a directory without parcel pairing.
Reach the commercial
The commercial distress page lists flagged parcels by county, and the closing network shows the commercial brokers active there for members.
the commercial directory pages are for signed-in members.
Commercial Real Estate Brokers by License State and Tier (2026): questions
Can a residential broker be in this view?
Only if the record shows commercial transactions or a declared commercial practice. The tier and basis text explain why each broker is included.
Which states are covered?
Every state whose licensing roll is loaded; the state count in the findings is the live coverage. Parcel-level pairing exists in Florida only.
Is the practice county on each record?
Yes, from the practice address on the license, which is how the Florida pairing to parcels is made.
