Florida Property Investors Directory: Entities, Holdings and Tax-Deed Buyers (2026)

An investor is an owner whose behaviour on the public record looks like a business: several parcels, purchases at auction, an LLC or trust as the vehicle. DLRadar promotes an owner to the investor directory only when the evidence clears a tier, and it keeps the evidence on the entity. This page counts the directory and shows where the investors are based.

  • 159,989 investor entities holding 1,048,679 parcels between them.
  • 68 bought at a tax deed sale in the last twenty-four months.
  • Classes: investor 159,359, institutional_investor 449, homebuilder 181.
  • Brevard County is home to the most investors at 10,250; last evidence seen May 17, 2026.

Evidence tiers

Tier-one evidence is a recorded purchase at a tax deed or foreclosure sale or a filing that names the entity as a buyer. Tier-two is the portfolio pattern on the roll. An entity needs enough of either to be promoted, and the confidence tier is stored so a user knows how firm the identification is.

Investors as a buyer list

Every investor in the directory has bought distressed property before. Their acquisition velocity over six, twelve and twenty-four months is recomputed from the record, which is how DLRadar ranks who is actively buying today.

Reach the investors

Capital sources and the closing network show the active investors by type and county for members, with the evidence behind each one.
