Stages on the roll
A parcel can be delinquent for the current year only, carry a sold certificate, or be two or more years behind and eligible for a tax deed application. The feed stores the oldest and newest year owed, the certificate flag and the amount where the collector publishes it, so the stage is explicit on each row.
Delinquency as a leading signal
Owners stop paying tax before they stop paying the mortgage, because the penalty is slower. A parcel with two years owed and no mortgage is the cleanest motivated-seller lead in the state. The county column shows where those parcels concentrate.

Florida Tax-Delinquent Parcels: Counties, Certificates and Dollars Owed (2026): questions
Is the amount owed the full payoff?
It is the delinquent amount the collector lists, which includes interest to the list date. Redemption adds certificate interest and fees.
Why do some counties show no amount?
Those collectors publish the delinquent parcel list without a dollar figure. The parcel is still counted; the amount is left blank rather than estimated.
How is the sellable list different from this count?
The sellable list keeps only parcels with a street address and a certificate, tax deed or published amount, which is the subset a buyer can act on.
