DLRadar Coverage: Which Counties and Record Families Are Live
Florida has sixty-seven counties and each publishes its records its own way. Some clerks expose a full docket; some tax collectors publish a delinquent roll with amounts; some code offices publish nothing. The coverage page says, county by county and family by family, what DLRadar can read today. This guide explains how to use it.
- Coverage is reported per county and per record family: court, foreclosure, probate, tax deed, tax delinquency, liens, UCC, appraiser roll and code enforcement.
- A family is live in a county only after its scraper passes an end-to-end census and writes rows on schedule.
- The appraiser roll covers every county through the state Department of Revenue file; the other families follow each county's own publication.
- Gaps are shown as gaps; nothing is filled from a vendor.

Reading a county row
Each cell shows whether the family is live, when it last wrote rows, and how many rows it holds. A live family with an old last-write date is flagged so a user does not mistake stale for current. The signal reports on this blog carry the same dates on their findings.
Why coverage is honest by design
A list buyer pays for a county; if the county's probate feed is dark the package is withdrawn by the freshness gate rather than filled with another county's rows. The coverage page is the public face of that gate.

DLRadar Coverage: Which Counties and Record Families Are Live: questions
Will coverage expand?
Yes, one county feed at a time, each one passing its census before it is marked live.
What about states other than Florida?
Property-level records are Florida-only. Area-level datasets such as bank exposure, delinquency and market phase are national.
Why does a big county show as not covered?
Usually because the clerk or collector blocks automated reading or publishes images only. The page notes the reason where known.
